Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris co-fermented and macerated for ten days in fibreglass, vinified by Yoshi, one of the Ys of O2Y, also assistant winemaker at Overnoy (........). This is beautifully refreshing, florals jumping out of the glass and rounded out with searing acidity. Why not indeed? ABV: 12.5%
