This wine took me right back to my school lunchboxes - it tastes like strawberry Petit Filous (the most elite flavour). Sounds weird but trust me on this one, it's delicious. The juice from the white grapes is poured over the skins of the Sangiovese, which hang out macerating for a few days, getting all that lovely fruit but none of the tannin. Just yum. ABV: 12.5%
