Folias de Baco are one of only four producers who still grow Rabigato, which is probs why you haven't heard of it before. This is the holy grail of orange wines - complex yet still accessible, with the price corresponding to the latter ;) we've got citrus-y freshness and seashell-like minerality, with a touch of creaminess and brine thrown in too.
