Thierry Germain produces delicious, biodynamic Saumur white from his three hectares of Chenin Blanc and Saumur-Champigny from his nineteen (sheesh) hectares of Cabernet Franc. Vinification is natural and done parcel by parcel, meaning the vintage is different year upon year. Thierry has been a big part of rejuvenating the Saumur appellation in the Loire, have a sip and you’ll see why.
