Like many of the best houses, Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet stopped selling their wares to négociants in 1986 and launched their own estate. Their domaine spans 6 hectares of Grand and Premier Cru vines with an average age of forty years, and their focus on biodynamics has led to super expressive Champagnes.
