Though Amélie Guillot is originally from Burgundy, she uprooted her family to the Jura region following her oenology degree in 1995. She started with two hectares of 40-year-old vines and has grown her Domaine to four hectares, of which two are old vines. Amélie works to biodynamic principles, handpicking all the grapes, and as far as possible uses no additives.
