Leonardo Erazo travelled the world to get his winemaking stripes, before settling in the Itata Hills in Chile to set up Viñateros Bravos, with the goal of producing terroir-expressive, organic wines made using natural processes. The vines are un-irrigated, and it’s not uncommon to find one that’s over 100 years old.
