Multi-dimensional and powerful, the fruit veers more onto the stone fruit spectrum here, but we don't lose any of that cut and thrust which is evidently part of the house style. Bloody hell. Watch out. ABV: 12.5%

Litaud works on a small plot of just five hectares of organically farmed vines in Pouilly Fuissé and Saint Véran. Her annual production is minute, and her work is incredibly hands-on and precise. After training with legends such as Ganevat, there is a clear Jura-esque quality about her cuvées, with a signature saline minerality running deep throughout all her wines. This lightness of touch is rarely found in Burgundy and as a result these wines have become increasingly hard to come by. Drinking beautifully now, but will age with grace too.
