Top Tier Albariño. Zárate don't do entry level, so what you're getting here is one of the most expressive, moreish wines in Spain, at a snip. Organically farmed, mature vine fruit that's spent 6 months maturing on the fine lees, with partial malo to soften that rasping Galician acidity. If you want to graduate from Vinho Verde this is a good place to start. ABV: 12.5%
