Formerly labelled as Pouilly-Fumé, this has everything and more you can expect from the appellation. Reminds me of a holiday breakfast in the best possible way, almond croissant, sweet apple, and a bit of nectarine. Textured, yet fresh with a long smoky finish. I wish all Sauvignon could taste this good. ABV: 13%
