Domaine de Saint Pierre, 'Château Renard' Chardonnay 2020

Fabrice Dodane studied oenology in Beaune and worked a couple of years for a co-operative in Pupillin before settling down as the manager of Domaine de Saint-Pierre, and took full control of the estate in 2011. The estate is located in Matheny, and spans six hectares across the Arbois and Côtes de Jura AOCs. The vines are planted in limestone and marl soils, and the wines are fermented using native yeasts. The resulting bottles are beautifully balanced and expressive of the region’s terroir.
