As the name suggests, the fruit is picked from parcels on Schist. Most of the Pinot Blanc spends 3 weeks on skins before being joined by direct press juice from the Pinot Gris and the remaining Blanc. Stoned fruit, quincey with a hint of bay leaf. This vintage is the cleanest yet after a small sulphur addition and is all the better for it. Divine. ABV:11%
