Domaine Jessica Litaud, Pouilly-Fuisse 1er Cru 'Sur La Roche' 2020

Litaud works on a small plot of just five hectares of organically farmed vines in Pouilly Fuisse and Saint Veran. Her annual production is minute, and her work is incredibly hands on and precise. After training with legends such as Ganevat there is a clear jura-esque quality about her cuvees, with a signature saline minerality running deep throughout all her wines. This lightness of touch is rarely found in Burgundy and as a result these wines have become increasingly hard to come by. Drinking beautifully now, but will age with grace too.
