We’re delighted to have our hands on the first release from Domaine Les Monts Fournois. Born in Champagne into a grower’s family, Juliette Alips rapidly found her passion in the familys line of work. After a detour at a few iconic estates including Louis Latour, G.D. Vajra, and Louis Roederer she has returned home. Under the mentorship of her cousins Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche she has surrounded her self with some of the regions greatest minds. Already tasting accomplished we can’t wait to follow her journey closely.
