Le Bouchet sits next door to Huet's Clos du Bourg. Not a bad spot. North facing, so is typically produced demi-sec to balance out some pretty bracing acidity. My god. Old vines and tiny yields. The concentration here is astounding, as is the texture. Serious stuff, full of truffle, iodine and ripe citrus flavours. Will have a long life, if you can keep your hands off it.
