Production Method: Organic farming, ferment begins with “pied-de-cuve” using only indigenous yeasts and skin contact for about 60 days in neutral vessel. No fining and minimal so2.

Style: Extremely fluid and expressive. It glides with some rippling tannins but this is all about fruit expression and accessibility.
