Hervé Villemade, Rosé 2021

Hervé Villemade has been in charge of the domaine since 1995 after studying
viticulture and winemaking. In the late 90’s Hervé was introduced to Thierry Puzelat who had started working organically shortly before. This coupled with being bowled over by the purity of Lapierre’s Morgon’s he decided to experiment with a few hectares being farmed organically. There were no synthetic products, hand harvesting began and also very-little sulphur was used. The results proved to him that he should travel the non-interventionist path and he has never looked back since.
