The Aviet's know a thing or two about Trousseau it would seem. Fruit here off two sites, Ruzard, which is higher up and is naturally leaner and more angular, and Rosière, where the juice is fuller and more structured. Makes sense to combine the two, balance and all! Plump yet ultra refreshing, a tannin structure to die for massaging some pretty, bright crantastic fruit.
