Not all Vin Jaune is created equal. It may seem counterintuitive to call a wine that spends 6 years in barrel and is 15% alcohol "light on its feet" yet here we are. This glides, evolving in the glass and requiring such minimal effort to enjoy that I'm tempted to keep it all for myself. That would be selfish. ABV: 15%
