White blend, 48hrs on the skins, letting the grapes do their thing is the method here. 8 months in tank with full solids, nothing added or removed, the hand bottled before 18 months resting in bottle. Magic. 9% abv. Mostly Chardonnay and Riesling here, there's no lack of presence or fruit power but it's a thing of ethereal nature. A bit reductive, so let the thing breathe.
