The grapes for this one are bought in from super trusted sources - Chardy from Le Mesnil grand cru in the Côtes des Blancs and Pinot from Puisieulx grand cru in Montagne de Reims, both of which were planted in the sixties. This absolutely jumps out of the glass with aromas of pear, freshly baked bread, smoke and orange, with a beautiful full body and saline minerality for days. Just stupid good. ABV: 12.5%
