Native yeast ferment and around 30% of whole bunches included. Just medium, there's fruit presence here, without the weight or effort. Serve lightly chilled. ABV: 12.5%

Silice Viticultores came about when a pair of brothers teamed up with a friend to rediscover their winemaking roots and preserve the historic vineyards around Barantes, Galicia. Silice oversees eight hectares of vines, planted on dizzyingly steep slopes around the Sil River Canyon. Winemaking is organic, with copper and sulphur treatments applied as needed. They remain loyal to the bright, fruit-forward wines characteristic of the region, while still focusing on expressing the natural character of their own parcels. The wines are a true picture of where they come from – like all the best wines.
